Kirsten Andersen

Kirsten has a passion for helping people understand their bodies and believes that functional strength training has direct impact on the quality of daily life. All fitness levels can benefit from Kirsten’s training. Her focus on fundamentals (teaching proper form, improving posture and balance, and increasing core strength) provides a foundation on which a lifetime of strength and health can be built.

Kirsten holds a BFA from Illinois Wesleyan University and earned her NASM CPT while completing her studies at the American Fitness and Nutrition Academy. Since 2013 she has helped her clients lose weight, gain strength, and improve their overall health.
