Group Fitness


Although it can be a challenge to find the motivation to exercise, a group exercise class in Chicago can help give you the motivation you need. Our classes can also challenge your body when you become accustomed to doing the same workout every time you go to the gym. At Uptown Fitness, we offer a wide array of group classes so that our members can find the right fit for their physical fitness needs.
